No; however, the Activities books contain exercises designed to help students achieve the technical goals necessary for artistic maturity.
How do I purchase accompaniments? Are they on CD?
Recordings of all the repertoire pieces in the Christopher Norton Connections™ for Piano series are available online—an innovative and practical approach that offers flexible options for use in both home and studio situations. Access to the recordings is included with the purchase of each repertoire book. A companion CD is not available.
Why are there four recordings per piece?
Each piece in the Repertoire books has multiple audio tracks available to give the student the opportunity to experiment with improvisation within a comfortable, interactive context. Most repertoire pieces include:
